{drowning in my home}

flowersSo, one might think that because I’ve taken an extended blogging break that our lives must be pretty ho-hum these days.

Quite the contrary.  We’ve actually been just as busy as usual….if not more so.

My problem is that with all of the life going on around here I feel like I just sometimes don’t have the time to sit and write about it.

But don’t let that fool you.  I’m one crazed busy mama!

Now, I am a self-proclaimed schedule-aholic who thrives on order and routine.  But one look around my home and into my life right now would have you calling me a liar!  I feel like I’m drowning in STUFF and I’m thinking an all-over purge is necessary if I’m ever going to find my sanity again.  *I’m pretty sure it’s hiding in one of the laundry baskets in my bedroom ~ sigh*

So, this week it’s time to buckle down!  Seriously!!  And if you don’t hear from me for a while….well, that wouldn’t be much different than what you’re already used to, right?

At this point I can only think of one thing that might stand in my way.  Although it isn’t something that I’ve shared here, it is something that I and my family have to deal with on an almost daily basis.

Within the past year and a half, I’ve developed some health issues that are, unfortunately, sometimes very hard to work around.  There are good days and there are not so good days.  So, I figure if I take advantage of the good days to their fullest, I should be able to have a modestly productive week!

Wish me luck!
