{recipes for the week}

I decided to try something new here on my blog.  On Sunday each week, I’m going to select 3-4 recipes that I’ve pinned on Pinterest and have yet to try out.  Later in the week, I’ll report back and let you all know what my thoughts are.  I’ve selected 4 recipes for this week ~ a kid-friendly meal that my kiddos can help me prepare, a freezer friendly meal that I can stash away for some other night, a clean eating recipe that we can all enjoy, and a gluten-free recipe that’s mostly for my enjoyment.  And since we live in Texas where the summer days can be ridiculously hot, I’ve selected recipes that are either slow cooker specific, or no bake!  While searching through my recipes I also tried to keep in mind what ingredients I already have on hand and with all of the ones selected, I have 90% or more of the supplies needed!  Savvy meal planning right there!  Here are the recipes chosen for this week.

I’m really excited to give all of these recipes a try!
